Bullitt, MediaTek to Launch Smartphone With Two-Way Satellite Messaging in 2023

Bullitt and MediaTek have partnered up to launch a smartphone with two-way satellite messaging technology in the first three months of 2023. The undisclosed handset will be equipped with MediaTek's 3GPP non-terrestrial network (NTN) chipset. Both companies have been working on this technology for the last 18 months.
